Product Development Associate
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferred from Product Design or Visual Communication Design (DKV)
- Having experience in product retail company, also open if you have experience internship
- Good in using Photoshop, Corel, Google Workspace
- Fluent in english, both oral and written
- Creative, Proactive, and Good Communication
- Placement in Bandung & willing to full WFO at our office (Summarecon, Gedebage)
Job Description
- Research market trends and consumer demand to identify product opportunities.
- Manage the product development process from sample development to quality control.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product at competitive prices.
- Negotiate key contract terms with suppliers and maintain supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging strategies.
