Caterpillar Indonesia Batam currently searching for Quality Supervisor (QMS) and will be located at Batam, Indonesia. As a Quality Supervisor at Caterpillar Indonesia Batam, you will perform a variety of quality duties related to the development and implementation of methods, procedures, and equipment supporting the Caterpillar Quality Management System (QMS). You will perform the analytical process steps described in the Caterpillar Quality Management System (QMS) and provide feedback to ensure continuous process improvement. 

The successful candidate must bring (basic qualifications):

• Good proficiency in English.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Hands-on experience in quality systems handling audits (Internal and external).
