1. PARTS DEPARTMENT HEAD (PDH)
Responsibilities
You will be developed as a leader and will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, executing, and reporting on Parts Sales activities in our branch office.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mechanical, Electrical, Heavy Equipment Engineering
- Maximum age of 25 years old.
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from reputable university.
- High Interest in sales and marketing activities.
- Have an ability to analyze and evaluate situations to produce a range of effective solutions to problems.
- Having good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill, confident, self-motivated.
- High capable to work independently as well as a part of team.
- Able to join the company immediately.
- Willing to be place in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEMCE and ASTRA.

2. Service Departement Head (SDH)
Responsibilities
- You will be developed as a leader and will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, executing, and reporting on service activities in our branch office.
- Coordinate, control, analyze, and implement all aspects related to Service activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age of 25 years old.
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from reputable university.
- High Interest in Engine. Maintenance, Automation and Service activities.
- Have an ability to analyze and evaluate situations to produce a range of effective solutions to problems.

Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, build networks, and develop and firmly establish various channels necessary to reach the target market segments.
- Be responsible for providing superior personal q professional service solutions to our clients.
- Sell our product as a Sales Engineer.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from all Engineering major.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age of 26 years old.
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from reputable university.
- Strong interest in Sales Activities.
- Eagerness to explore and gain knowledge about heavy equipment products.
- Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Able to join the company immediately.
