What is MT?
SJA MT Program is a development program to prepare future leaders. You will have the opportunity to understand business
processes through experiential learning in various departments, do some improvement projects, and collaborate with the expert.
Scope : Operation

We are calling for:
- Fresh graduate or those with a maximum work experience of 2 years.
- Minimum GPA 3,25 (D4/S1) or 3,5 (S2).
- Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering.
- Have an internship experience.
- Actively engage with non-academic activities or organizations.
- Open-minded, agile, and update with industrial trends.
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
