Astra Graduate Program is extensive management trainee program to prepare Astra Future Leaders. The program ecourage trainee to experience wide exposure of the core management process in our 7 Business Lines.
Trainee will be challenged to show their best performance in Marketing, Finance, & Human Capital function in 2 years program.

Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree from any major (preferably: Economics, Accounting, Management Business, Engineering, and Information System)
- Fresh Graduates or macimum 2 yeras experiences
- Have excellent analytical thinking and interpersonal skill
- Dynamic and able to work in a team
- Proficient in English both written and oral
- Willing to be located all over Indonesia
