General Qualification :
- Age Max 25 Yrs. (Bachelor’s Degree) and 27 Yrs. (Master’s Degree)
- Fresh graduate / Experienced max 2 years
- Actively involved as a leader in organizational activities/committee
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Excellent presentation skills,
- Microsoft Office, and general computer skills
- Willing to be located nationwide.
STREAMS AVAILABLE:
1. TSMT DIST – Sales (Code: TSMT DIST- SAL)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Marketing/Business/ Management/Logistics/ Veterinary Medicine with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Passionate about sales
- Know/interest in sales, consumer goods, and consumer behavior
- Able to drive a car or ride a motorcycle and have your own driving license category A and/or C
2. TSMT DIST – Operation (Code: TSMT DIST- OPR)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Management/ Logistic / Veterinary Medicine with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Passionate about branch operational management
- Know/interest in logistics and distribution services
3. TSMT DIST – Supply Chain (Code: TSMT DIST – SCH)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information System / Engineering/Business/Management/ Logistics with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access
- Knowledge or experience in SAP and programming would be an advantage
4. TSMT DIST – Finance (Code: TSMT DIST – FIN)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Passionate about accounting, finance, and tax
- Know/interest in financial audit procedures, financial statements & tax regulation.
