Field of studies : Mechanical Engineering or related major

Job Description
- Analyze root causes of troubles of the rotating equipment to propose the best solution. Determine the repair method and fabrication method.\
- Create Part Process Management System (PPMS) as a project leader, cooperate with PPC Dept. (Production Process Control Dept.) and Production Dept to ensure the all of process is on schedule.
- Create technical drawings and designs for repair, manufacturing, and reverse engineering using CAD.
- Create a Quotation (The cost estimation made by workshop for Sales Dept.) based on the trouble situation or the scope of work from the customer.
- Create work reports (final report, site report, incoming inspection report, trouble report, etc.).
- Make an inspection plan, support PPC Dept. (Production Process Control Dept.) when necessary, and carry out witness tests.
- Go to customer's site and do troubleshooting, site surveys, on-site work, field services support, and attend pre-bid meetings.
- Collaborate with Sales Dept. to provide technical advice for customers.
- Handle nonconformity work and give its solution.
Requirement / Qualification :
- Ability to work in fully compliance with Ebara CSR policies and appropriate business ethics
- Preferably age 20 - 30 for fresh graduate
- Possess at least Diploma 3 (D3) / Bachelor (S1) or higher in Mechanical Engineering
- Fluent in English (Both Verbally and in Writing)
- Have experience in repairing, servicing, and maintaining rotating equipment such as : Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Compressor, Fan & Blower, API 610 Pump.Especially steam turbines and compressors.(It is preferable to have the following machine repair experience: NFPA & ISO Pump, Vacuum Pump, Reciprocating & Screw Pump, Reciprocating & Screw Compressor, Turbocharger, Gas Turbine, Gearbox, Electric Motor
- Able to use CAD software such as : Autocad, Solidworks.
- Able to read a technical drawing, technical specification, data sheet, P&id (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram).
