What You'll Do:

• Develop innovative apparel concepts based in user needs and brand strategy
• Transalate insight into strong product value propositions
• Collaborate with technical design and materials teams to ensure feasibility
• Guide and evaluate prototypes for performance, user experience, and quality
• Create reusable innovation platforms across products and seasons
• Document innovation learnings as organizational knowledge assets

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in relevant field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in apparel or product innovation design
• Strong understanding of functional apparel system, construction, and performance features
• Proficient in Design Software (e.g. 3D CLO, Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or similar) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
