What You'll Do:

• Develop innovative footwear concepts based on user needs and brand strategy
• Translate insight into strong product value propositions
• Explore footwear system (upper, sole, cushioning, construction) for functional differentiation
• Collaborate with technical design and materials teams to ensure feasibility 
• Guide and evaluate prototypes for performance, user experience, and quality
• Create reusable innovation learnings as organizational knowledge assets

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in a arelevant field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in footwear or product innovation design 
• Proficient in Design Software (e.g., 3D CLO, Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or similar) is a plus
• Solid knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and development processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
