What You'll Do:

• Develop innovative bags and equipment concepts driven by user needs and usage contexts
• Translate insights into clear product value propositions
• Explore functional systems including structures, load systems, compartments, and material applications
• Collaborate with Technical Design and Material teams to ensure technical feasilibility
• Lead and evaluate prototyoes based on function, usability, and differentiation
• Create platform-based innovations reusable across products and seasons
• Capture and document innovation learnings as organizational knowledge

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Bags, Equipment, or Gear Innovation Designer
• Proficient in Design Software (e.g., 3D CLO, Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or similar) is a plus
• Strong understanding of functional bag and equipment construction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
