What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain technical specifications and tech packs for apparel and gear
- Create prototypes and ensure products are fit, functional, safe, and production-ready
- Review designs for construction, ergonomics, and performance
- Collaborate with prouction teams and suppliers to ensure material feasibility and cost efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical design for outdoor products, apparel, or gear
- Strong knowledge of fit, construction, materials, and production processes
- Proficient in Technical Design Software (e.g. 3D CLO, Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or similar) is a plus
- Solid understanding of outdoor/performance materials (waterproof, breathable, durable)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
