Formulatrix Mechanical Engineering Talent Day is a one-day, on-site hiring event in Bekasi, designed to accelerate the recruitment of Mechanical Design Engineers and Robotics Engineers through a focused and efficient selection process.

What you'll do:
- Conducting research and analysis to develop new mechanical product concepts
- Designing parts and systems using engineering and CAD tools
- Building and test prototypes
- Refine designs until they are ready to manufacturing
- Working with-cross functional during monitoring and commissioning engineering systems
What we are looking for:
- Minimum diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics (fresh garduate are welcome to apply)
- Have experience in design and manufacturing (machining and fabrication)
- Proficient in CAD/CAM (SolidWorks or OnShape is a plus) and familiar with CNC machine operation
- Strong mechanical knowledge in kinematics, precision and moving assemblies, and small mechanisms/SPM
- Experienced in design improvement, trials, root cause analysis, and participation in DFMEA/PFMEA
- Detail oriented, fast learner, and strong problem solving
- Good interpersonal and teamwork working skill
- Have a good communication in english
- Willing to work in Salatiga
