PT Sunson Textile Manufacturer is hiring Unit Leader Production.
Requirements:
- Minimum education D3/D4 or S1 Industrial Engineering or similar field
- Maximum 35 years old and hace at least 2 years of work experience in the sampe position. Fresh graduated are welcome
- Dominant type, strong leadership, tenacious, can work together in a team, strong motivation, analytical thinking
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing goals in a fast-paced work environment
- Basic computer literacy, can enter excel data, can also read data, tables, graphs
- Willing to work shifts, and willing to work in Textile environment (hot, noisy, dust)
- Familiar with seven tools and 8 steps problem solving, knowledge/mastery of kaizen, lean concepts is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an manage a team to achieve daily production targets
- Ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards
- Monitor equipment and report any issues for prompt resolution
- Enforce safety protocols on the production floor
- Train and motivate team members to enhance performance
