- Create timeline and general work plan for the team
- Supervise team’s process to ensure timely delivery to user
- Gather information about BU’s needs
- Communicate team’s progress to BU
- Ensuring that the work system and result are satisfactory for both parties
- Recognise support in assessment development process that is required from other functions

Requirements
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Psychology/Education, preferably with strong background in Educational Psychology and/or Psychometrics
- At least 5 years of working as educator or psychological assessor, preferably with experience as Project Manager
- Has experience in assessment development & Psychometrics
- Excellence in negotiation skill
- Self-starter, organized, Fast learner
- Resilient and able to work under pressure
