IT Support Officer - SEKOLAH.MU

Description

Job Description - Answer end-user calls and emails (internal employee) and provide technical support - Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate complex issues to senior support personnel. - Keep detailed records of all technical support requests. - Install, configure, and keep computer hardware and software in good working order. - Communicate technical issues to end-users in a clear and concise manner - Ensure that all IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. - Act as an IT Procurement Consultant

  1. Education is less important than experience
  2. Willing to work from the office (WFO) / mobilize to the assigned Jabodetabek location (Hub Sekolah Murid Merdeka)
  3. Should understand IT asset management, including how to track, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software assets.
  4. Be able to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues both remotely and in person.
  5. Excellent communication skills are required for IT support professionals to interact with employees and vendors and explain technical issues in an understandable manner.
  6. Experience with Mikrotik: Mikrotik is a network equipment vendor that sells network management hardware and software. Experience with Mikrotik is advantageous in network infrastructure management, router configuration, and connectivity assurance.
  7. Security awareness: should be aware of security risks and vulnerabilities and be able to recommend security measures to protect IT assets and data.
  8. Familiarity with relevant software: should be familiar with enterprise software such as Google Workspace, email clients, and antivirus software.
  9. IT policy knowledge: should be familiar with company IT policies and procedures, such as data privacy, acceptable use, and password policies.
  10. Ability to prioritize tasks: IT support personnel should be able to handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize requests, and manage their time effectively.
