Description

Job Description - Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion - Manage and develop product team members in their knowledge and capability regarding product management as well as soft skills such as communication and stakeholder management - Monitor performance of products and drive initiatives that can support improvements of the product performance - Prioritize product roadmap and own the product requirements flowing from customer needs - Set product strategy, plan short-term, and long-term product improvements to meet business goals, and measure success - Manage multiple products independently

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in an environment known for best-in-class products and services
Developing and presenting solid business cases to support new concepts
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
Exceptional communicator, with strong presentation skills
Team player with proven abilities to navigate stakeholders to deliver outcomes
Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth company a plus
