Job Description
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards, relate to product development process
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement
- Participate to maintain company documents for accuracy and compliance (ISO 27001)
- Ensure ISO 27001 implemented by monitoring product development & maintenance documents
- Support tech branding and internal knowledge as needed

- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
- Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
- Experience in working with engineers to improve user experience (ex: design, UI), refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
- Willingness to take on new challenges and be a self-starter
- Ability to work well in a team
- Able to join ASAP
