Job Description
- Identifying future growth opportunities and being responsible for testing growth tactics as well as building new growth programs like referral, affiliate marketing, incentive campaigns and partnerships
- Participating in the planning of brand awareness and marketing campaigns targeted businesses
- Defining and prioritizing objectives and KPIs for our B2B marketing activities, sharing insights and reporting on performance to management
- Developing lead generation and generating new signups through paid channels, including but not limited to Google, LinkedIn, Display, Facebook and Instagram in collaboration with our Paid Media Specialists
- Handling CRM Tools and monitoring the campaign
- Tracking and evaluate the campaign on CRM
Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated work experience in B2B marketing and growth, across paid and organic, working with B2B communities and developing acquisition andretention plans.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions that assist senior management and other partners with decision making
- Critical thinking includes the ability to see and communicate the big picture in a way that encourages your team and partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and cross-functional skills to collaborate with Commercial, Growth, Risk and Product teams
- A passion for seeking complex, challenging, and ambiguous problems that warrant ambition and perseverance
