1. Team Management
- Participated in the recruitment of the Sales team
- Coordinate and distribute of tasks to the Sales team
- Prepare the Sales team to work optimally, which includes developing an onboarding strategy, training, and improving their skills
- Develop and monitor each sales administrator's performance.
2. Sales Planning & Operations
- Create sales team business and operational plans, including sales strategy and profit forecasting.
- Leading the team in the preparation of sales standards, as well as providing assistance and after-sales support to the sales admin team.
- Ensuring that the sales admin team's activities adhere to the specified standards.
- Plan and manage campaigns that increase sales and class/program completion.
3. Monitoring & Evaluation
- Team performance evaluation (Sales Supervisor and Sales Admin)
- Create an evaluation strategy for goal achievement and team performance.
- When necessary, provide reports to superiors.
- Provide ideas for sales strategy enhancements.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major is required
- Minimum having three (3) years' experience in the sales field is required.
- Prior experience as a sales supervisor/coordinator is preferred.
- Understanding of digital marketing and marketing funnels
- Preferably living in Jabodetabek
- Have strong communication and leadership abilities.
