Engineer
Description
A. PROCESS ENGINEER/ ASST. PROCESS ENGINEER :
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements.
2. Ensure technical operation meet daily output yield targets.
3. Evaluate processes to optimize process capability.
4. Work with cross functional team in continuous improvement projects.
B. AUTOMATION ENGINEER/ ASST. AUTOMATION ENGINEER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Evaluate existing process to identify and develop automation/mechanization project to optimize manufacturing process
2. Establish, manage project plans from conceptualization to stabilization.
3. Documentation of machine operation manual for the project
4. Develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI programs
5. Troubleshoot electrical components and system control
6. Work on productivity improvement program
Requirements
1. PROCESS ENGINEER/ ASST. PROCESS ENGINEER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma Degree.
- Majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering
- Having good technical skill.
- Able to communicate in English both speaking and written.
- Have knowledge about QC tools.
- A fast Learner, Polite and good behavior.
2. AUTOMATION ENGINEER/ ASST. AUTOMATION ENGINEER
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Industrial Engineering
2. Able to communicate in English both speaking and written.
3. Knowledge in PLC
4. Knowledge in robot programming is an added advantage
5. Hands on electrical experience and ability to read electrical schematics
6. Good analytical and problem solving skills
7. Good team worker.
