About the Role

This role involves drafting on residential construction drawings with Australian and Indonesian Standard:

• Planning on drafting
• Preparing documentation of Engineering
• Make Drafting Workflow, Process, Template for team and clients
• Communicate and collaborating with engineer
• Other adminstrative work, wether they are directly or indirectly required to complete the work such as, follow-ups to receive further information from clients and review of structural site queries.
• Meeting with clients to discuss targets and drafting quality
• Make a problem solving plan according to feedback from the client 
• Lead and train drafter especially new drafter

About You

The position requires a self-motiviated, team-oriented individual with a can-do attitude and capable to work in a dynamic environement. Ideally you will be a trained/qualified drafter in similar industry and consultancy environment, with the following key skills:

• Good knowledge Autocad and Revits for Structure
• Ability to work accurately, efficiently and proactively with strong attention to details
• Execellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good organizational and time management skills
