Responsibilities:

1. Identify, understand and plan for organizational and human impacts of planned systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets
2. Understand software limitations and determines feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
3. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation (e.g.,FSD), flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts
4. Dig up information on system requirements from the User/Client and develop a design proposal/application system based on those needs
5. Collaborate with the Project Manager and Development Team in producing systems/applications according to User/Client needs

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• At least 2 years experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst or any relevant position
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant major
• Solid knowledge of information system
• Excellent analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Entity Relationship Diagram, Database Design & Query, Database Knowledge, RDBMS (e.g.: MySQL/MariaDB, MS SQL Server, Oracle)
• Working knowledge of business processes
• Familiarity with programming languages like Java/ Javascript
• Ability to explain technical details to non-technical user
• Ability to retrieve all required information of the system requirement from End Users.
