Art Director
Description
Art directors are responsible for the visual style and images in social media and campaign productions. They create the overall design of a project and direct others who develop artwork and layout.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications and other relevant fields.
- A minimum of 3 years’ digital experience and relevant fields.
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
Other Information
- Create and implement brand guideline.
- Lead and manage the creative team (graphic designer, content creators, Photographers, etc.) in the development and execution of advertising campaigns, marketing materials, events, and other visual communications to ensure compliance with brand identity.
- Lead and inspire a creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conceptualize and develop creative strategies that align with project goals and objectives.
- Oversee the creation of visual and written content for various mediums, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Provide art direction and guidance to designers, writers, and other creative team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Review and approve final creative deliverables before release.
