Maintenance and upkeep of the building & site and proper supervision and control of the new construction projects in the site. 

Job Environment

1. Textile Plant building having masonry trenches for Air Conditioning
2. Building for Air Handling Unit
3. Concrete tanks for effluent & water treatment
4. Offices building

Job Requirement

• S1 Civil Engineering graduated from reputed university/institute with 10-15 years of experience in handling various civil projects in preferably Petrochemical/ Power Plant/ Polyester Manufacturing.
• Having sound knowledge of
  1. 1. Civil Project estimation
     2. Project supervision
     3. Industrial Flooring
     4. Steel Structure
     5. AutoCAD/ SAP 2000/ ETABS
     6. Latest Civil Engineering related practices

• Sound Analytical Thinking, having High Achievement Orientation
• Able to demonstrate an effective Team Leadership
• Proficient in English both spoken and written
• Computer literate with practical knowledge of handling civil project related software
