Sales Engineer

Established in 2016 (PMA), Our company is initiated by the constant need for fresh water in almost every region in Indonesia. We understand that in every water treatment site, customization is a must. From that particular point, we established the company as an engineering and service company specializing in Water and Wastewater treatment that is environmentally friendly and provide the best value for our customers.
Our business is project investment (BOO/BOT), Turn-Key Project/ EPC, Trading, Operation & Maintenance services in water & wastewater treatment.
Requirements
- Candidate must Bachelor's Degree preferably majoring in any Engineering or Management (E.g. Industrial Engineering, mechanical, etc) from a reputable university.
- Know about WTP/WWTP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Preferably Senior Supervisor specializing in Sales - Engineering or equivalent.
- Must be a team player and has the ability to work independently.
- A self-starter and highly energetic individual, multitasking.
- Have a driver's license (SIM A) if any.
- Willing to travel on duty.
Other Information
- Developing new accounts and aggressively driving new and existing business efforts in the regions they are based in.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess Consumable material needs, and equipment needs and to determine system requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
- Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
- Help clients solve problems with installed equipment
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
- Developing Budget and Plan Activities.
- Help in researching and developing new products
