Description
Primary Responsibilities : Include Developing Psychological Assessments for websites and application with gamification elements, providing online and offline soft skills training, counseling, managing clients, and overseeing the assessment service from start to finish.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Professional Psychology
- Has an active SSP (Psychological Professional Licence) and SIPP (Psychological Practice License)
- Experience in leading projects, teams, or organization is preferred
- Understanding psychometrics and test instrument development
- Placement in Bandung
