Mechanical Engineer

From that particular point, we established the company as an engineering and service company specializing in Water and Wastewater treatment that is environmentally friendly and provide the best value for our customers.
Our business is project investment (BOO/BOT), Turn-Key Project/ EPC, Trading, Operation & Maintenance services in water & wastewater treatment.
Requirements
- Has at least Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate are Welcome To Apply
- Has minimum 1 years of work experience doing the EPC Project is consider as a plus.
- Has a knowledge in an EPC company specialist for WTP and WWTP will be an advantage value
- Familiar with Mechanical - Piping Specification, and Mechanical Piping Procedures
- Willing to assign at site operational and ready to travel to the site if required for supervision and pre-commissioning activity.
Other Information
- Responsible for mechanical engineering/design, preparing the tendering documents.
- Develop design criteria of mechanical equipment & piping.
- Review, approve and issue basic/detail/construction design/drawings of related mechanical equipment, piping, and plumbing.
- Review flow sheet/PID and related specification for utility requirement to define required equipment specification and its accessories.
- Select proper mechanical equipment according to approved design criteria to meet local & global standards/SOP/requirements.
- Prepare ITP in relation to mechanical Quality Control.
- Review general layout and provide input to make sure all equipment arrangements for construction and operation are stated in the document and drawing (e.g. level, position, support, safety, access, etc.)
- Prepare mechanical equipment shopping list, bill of material and bulk material for project costing, to assign unit rate/cost in reference with an available benchmark.
- Provide and develop guidelines for testing & commissioning of installed equipment.
