Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support position at PT. Maha Kreasi Indonesia in Bandung. The IT Support will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and help desk support services on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
- Help Desk Support knowledge
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications in IT support or related field
- Ability to work well in a team environment
