Melakukan analisa mengenai komunikasi satu arah dan dua arah, serta membuat program dalam pemberian informasi menjadi lebih efektif
Requirements
- The candidate is expected to be safe and healthy-minded.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relation, Communication or a related field.
- Having the ability to operate Ms. Office (PPT, Excel, etc), editing videos, canva and broadcasting scripts.
- Fluent in English is a must.
Other Information
- As a bridge builder, a problem solver, and a trusted confidant. Responsible for supporting the HR.
- Responsible for all one-way and two-way communications managed by management.
- Determine the appropriate communication media based on the information to be disseminated.
- Create socialization content as requested.
- Build and maintain good communication with employees.
- Conduct a communication channel survey to measure effective communication.
- Prepare materials in making communication policies and procedures in accordance with HR standards.
