Finance Accounting Supervisor
Description
Supervising and managing all financial and accounting activities to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and support for managerial decision-making.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Monitor tax compliance, payroll, and internal audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and relevant institutions.
- Lead and mentor the finance & accounting team.
Other Information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, negotiation strategies, and accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Certified in Brevet A and B.
