Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and develop new cosmetic products with a focus on ingredients innovation and formulation.
• Create and implement testing plans for cosmetics products at various stages of development.
• Collaborate with the formulation and production teams to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing of products.
• Analyze test data and provide technical recommendations for product improvements.
• Generate necessary technical documentation for reporting and regulatory compliance in the cosmetics industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Phamacy, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Research & Development (R&D) within the cosmetics or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic product development processes, including formulation, testing, and quality control.
• Excellent analytical skills and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with strong communication skiils.
