- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Have minimum 1 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or a similar role in a manufacturing or service environment
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, QC 7 Tools or other CI methodologies is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CI tools such as process mapping, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.
