Account Officer for School Solution
Description
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and target potential clients who could benefit from the organization's assessment products.
- Research and gather data on prospective clients, including decision-makers and key stakeholders.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, administrators, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and trust.
3. Sales & Deal Closure
- Present and promote the organization's products to decision-makers at target institutions.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts in alignment with the organization's goals.
4. Market Analysis & Feedback
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the higher education space.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve products and strategies based on client interactions.
5. Pipeline & Sales Reporting
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline to track progress and forecast opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and client feedback.
6. Event & Campaign Participation
- Represent the organization at relevant educational fairs, seminars, and conferences to increase visibility and attract new clients.
- Support marketing campaigns by providing on-ground insights and engaging with targeted audiences.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in any degree
2. 1-2 years of experience in the same position
3. Strong understanding of sales funnel, abundant network with school & campus/university
4. Strategic thinking of sales & advanced spreadsheet skills
5. Have competencies in initiative, perseverance, business orientation, problem-solving, collaboration, communication with impact, facilitating change, and innovation.
