1. Program Leader (Supervising and maintaining program development and operation & Representing Academic Living English for academic-related events
2. Learning Designer (Designing and developing programs)
3. Curriculum Developer (Designing and developing curriculum)
4. Quality Assurance (Testing and evaluating programs & Maintaining the quality of teachers)
5. Data Analyst (Analyzing the impact of programs)
6. Facilitator (Facilitating programs)
7. Product Developer (Developing LMS Product)
8. Training Developer (Developing and facilitating training programs)
9. Curator (Curating programs & Curating learning materials)
Requirements
1. A minimum bachelor’s degree in English education, TESOL/TEFL/TKT certification is preferable, TOEFL ITP 600 or higher, IELTS 7 (overall band), and other related fields
2. Based in Jabodetabek area for hybrid working arrangement at Sekolah.mu HQ
3. Experienced in handling team and program management
4. Experienced in teaching, curriculum development, and learning content development.
5. Having expertise in English language pedagogy for early childhood to high school level learners
6. Possessing basic experience in instructional design
7. Display competence in project management & intercultural communication.
8. Familiarity with the start-up industry and blended learning
