Creative Lead

Description

1. Assist with Communication strategy development. 2. Develop creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and content that drive student engagement and brand awareness. 3. Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate business goals into compelling creative strategies. 4. Establish brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. 5. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including logo, color schemes, typography, and design principles. 6. Lead end-to-end creative production for digital and print assets, ensuring high-quality execution. 7. Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and production teams for video shoots, photography, and print materials. 8. Ensure all creative assets are optimized for various formats, platforms, and media. 9. Collaborate with PMM, Project Manager, Copywriter, Activation, Performance, developers and UI/UX designers to ensure a cohesive, on-brand experience (including website, social media, offline channel).

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Advertising, UI/UX, or related fields—or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio.
2. Have 5+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand design, or visual storytelling.
3. Experience in higher education marketing or edtech branding
4. Familiarity with video production, animation, and interactive media.
5. Knowledge of social media, web design principles and front-end collaboration.
6. Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaign ideation, and creative production.
7. Expertise in graphic design, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative strategy.
8. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, XD/Figma).
9. Experience managing end-to-end creative production, including print, video, and digital content.
10. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and student engagement trends.
11. Excellent storytelling and concept development skills.
