Description

Are you passionate about helping others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Requirements

  1. Minimum education Diploma (D3) any major (Completed studies, not​currently in the process of studying).​
  2. Minimum GPA 2.75.​
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.​
  4. Minimum EFSET Score C1 (will be tested on recruitment process).​
  5. Fresh graduates are welcome.​
  6. Flexible for SHIFTING schedule and changes along with in.​
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities.​
  8. Fast learner and independent to work.
  9. Willing to placement in Jakarta.

Other Information

  1. Provide timely support to customers through available communication​ channels.
  2. Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels.​
  3. Assisting customers in resolving basic technical issues by providing​ scripted guidance regarding basic customer inquiries.​
  4. Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.​
  5. Work with other team members in identifying better ways in providing​ better customer support.​
