Customer Expert - German

Description

As an Customer Expert - German, you will be the frontline representative for our customers, delivering exceptional support through live chat, phone calls, and email. Based in our Jakarta office, you will handle a wide range of inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.

Requirements

  1. Minimum S1/D3 or bachelor's degree  all major.​
  2. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Germany​ (Will be tested during the recruitment process).​
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with​ minimal supervision.​
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.​
  5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks​ Efficiently.​
  6. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.​

  1. Provide empathetic and professional support to customers over the​ phone.​
  2. Share product knowledge, resolve inquiries, and deliver personalized​ solutions.​
  3. Ensure every customer interaction is positive, and issues are resolved​ promptly.​
