Description
As an Customer Expert - German, you will be the frontline representative for our customers, delivering exceptional support through live chat, phone calls, and email. Based in our Jakarta office, you will handle a wide range of inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.
Requirements
- Minimum S1/D3 or bachelor's degree all major.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Germany (Will be tested during the recruitment process).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks Efficiently.
