Organizational Development Intern
Description
The Organizational Development (OD) Intern will support the HR team in maintaining and developing key organizational systems such as KPI documentation, job descriptions, organizational structure, and standard operating procedures (SOP). This role focuses on administrative accuracy, data management, and process improvement within the HR and OD functions.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Assist in compiling, updating, and organizing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) data for each department.
- Support the review and maintenance of Job Descriptions (JD) to ensure alignment with current roles and structures.
- Help update and visualize Organizational Structure (Org Chart) in collaboration with respective departments.
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and standardizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of OD-related data and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify organizational data.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the OD team in various HR projects
What We're Looking For:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineer, or a related field.
- Strong interest in organizational development, HR systems, and data management.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable with administrative tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides) and Visio.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
