Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in:
- Chemical Engineering
- Materials Engineering
- Chemistry
- Industrial Engineering
- GPA; 3.20 / 4.00
- Graduation year: 2023 – 2025
- Fluent in English
- Strong project management & negotiation skills
- High initiative, resilience, and passion for hands-on work
- Interest in both technical research and business processes
Other Information
Your Role Will Include:
- Leading customer projects: pitching, research, and negotiation
- Conducting lab-scale chemical research for coating and coloring
- Running semi-industrial tests at customer sites
- Coordinating internally to ensure research meets standards
- Providing technical support and chemical solutions to clients
