Sales Engineer - Renewable Energy (JJLAPP Cable Indonesia)

Description

Driving the sales process for our products or services on Renewable Energy Department

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Understanding solar PV industry
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a sales engineering role or related field, with a strong background in Renewable Energy Sector
  • Having minimum 2 years in microgrid sector
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally with a track record of closing large deals or managing significant accounts in the renewable energy field.
  • Having experience on selling solar pv products such as solar cable, inverter, panel, mounting and BESS.
  • Experience in managing sales processes, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sales support
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts, including developing strategic account plans and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing large sales deals, and contributing to business growth

Other Information

  • Understand customer requirements, provide technical product demonstrations, and assist in crafting solutions that meet their needs related to Microgrid (BESS).
  • Partner with sales managers and account executives to develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets.
  • Develop and present tailored solutions based on customer requirements for simple issues and coordinate with technical expertise to provide solution for complex issues
  • Participate in customer meetings, provide technical guidance, and create compelling presentations and proposals
  • Stay updated with product developments and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in renewable energy technologies and products to provide accurate and informed support.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with relevant teams to address these issues.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on support activities, team performance, and customer satisfaction to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical requirements, and sales activities in C4C systems.
