Minimum of a diploma or equivalent; a background in electrical engineering is preferred.

At least 1 years of proven experience in the electrical or maintenance field.

In-depth understanding of electrical, genset operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.

Possession of a valid competency certificate from a recognized institution (e.g., BNSP).

Good communication skills to effectively explain technical issues to team members.

Physically fit and capable of performing manual and field-based tasks.

Must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A) and valid Passport (preferred).
