Have Skill: Good Communication in Bahasa and English, Good Analytical Thinking for training needed on HS program, Training Management, Good managerial Skill, Reporting Skill, Trainer

Have Attitude: Positive Attitude, Quality Orientation, Communication, Teamwork, Leadership, Self-learning Capacity
