Purchasing Staff
Description
mencakup tugas mengelola pembelian barang dan jasa, mulai dari mencari vendor, negosiasi harga, hingga memastikan stok dan kualitas terpenuhi sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan. Tanggung jawab lainnya termasuk membuat purchase order (PO), memproses pembayaran, menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemasok, serta membuat laporan administrasi pembelian.
Requirements

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in Purchasing or Procurement, fresh graduate welcome to apply.

Familiarity with an ERP system (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar) for purchasing module.

Good negotiation skill and networking.

Good leadership skill and decision making.

Good English language skills both in speaking and writing.

Microsoft Office.
