What You’ll Do:

• Develop innovative apparel concepts based on user needs and brand strategy.
• Translate insights into strong product value propositions.
• Collaborate with Technical Design and Materials teams to ensure feasibility.
• Guide and evaluate prototypes for performance, user experience, and quality.
• Create reusable innovation platforms across products and seasons.
• Document innovation learnings as organizational knowledge assets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in apparel or product innovation design.
• Strong understanding of functional apparel systems, construction, and performance features.
• Proficient in Design Software (e.g., 3D CLO, Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
