The ideal candidate has a background in IT, understands SDLC and Agile methodologies, and is proficient in using testing tools and frameworks. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential to identify, track, and report defects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum D3 degree, preferably majoring in IT.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of software testing processes, including test case design and execution.
- Proficient in using testing tools, frameworks, and supporting tools.
- Strong quality assurance skills, including the ability to identify, track, and communicate defects effectively.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
