Manager Finance
Description
- Develop and manage the company’s financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth.
- Ensure all financial reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with deadlines.
- Analyze financial performance, business trends, and risks, and provide strategic recommendations to management and directors.
- Lead and manage finance team, including delegation, monitoring, and performance review
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial feasibility and support key business initiatives.
- Ensure all financial activities are well-documented and compliant
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and internal controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Ms Power Point; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- High integrity, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
