Description
As a Creative Strategic Specialist at Maximum, you will be the brain behind the pitch. Your main mission? Boost our Winning Rate on project pitchings by ensuring every creative proposal hits the mark—strategically sharp, visually on-brand, and irresistibly persuasive.
You’ll play a key role in developing, refining, and monitoring the creative direction of our pitch decks, ensuring they align with Maximum’s standards.
You’ll also be the go-to person for scriptwriting and copywriting that captivates, convinces, and converts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, branding, or related roles. Bonus points if you understand the flow and rhythm of events—from ideation to execution.
- Strong portfolio in event pitch deck development, storytelling, and creative writing.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, visual, and written. Bonus points for English fluency, verbal and written.
- Able to translate abstract ideas into clear, structured narratives.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and inspire creative direction.
- Obsessed with ideas, and a believer that “strategy is the soul of creativity.”
