JOB VACANCY
We are an American company located in Batam and manufacturing of standard Zinc, Aluminum Die Casting and MIM components are looking for the following position:
PROCESS ENGINEER (FOR LEAN ENGINEERING)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements.
2. Ensure technical operation meet daily output yield targets.
3. Evaluate processes to optimize process capability.
4. Work with cross functional team in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
- Having good technical skill.
- Able to communicate in English both speaking and written.
- Have knowledge about QC tools and Lean Manufacturing
- A fast Learner, Polite and good behavior.
- Strong character.
- Having experience in QC function is an advantage.
