• Minimum bachelor degree in any major
• Minimum 1 year experience handle sales team, motoris and operational
• Good with Microsoft Excel
• Strong Leadership, Territory management, Negotiation skills
• High traveler
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Bogor, Bandung, Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Medan dan Palemmbang

Job Description :

• Manage all support teams (FLT / promotion workforce), ensure the achievement of team performance / KPIs, according to brand / product strategy
• Together with the Sales team in the area proposed determining the focus area and the need for manpower.
• Execute & control consumer activation implementation activities in the area
• Conducting coaching, training on the fieldforce under it.
• Reporting and evaluating the effectiveness of the FLT team's work and coordinating with the sales team in the area for follow-up.
