Export & Import Staff (Central Java)
Description
This position we are looking for candidates who understand and know the process of export and import documents, has experience in related fields minimum1 year, has ability English skills (advance) and has good communication skills and are willing to be placed in Central Java.
Requirements
Job Descriptions:
- Handle all import & Export process with local documents (invoice, P/L, AWB, Insurance, PO, etc.).
- Check draft PIB and prepared PIB payment.
- Create procedure of clearance and documentation of import/ export file.
- Communication and coordinating with exporter related documentation and shipment schedule.
- Coordinating with warehouse to discharge process of goods/import contents.
- Familiar communicate with customers.
- Familiar with SAP system
- Do the local goods importation and exportation declaration
- Create and payment journal
- Do the Audit Export and import
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trading/ Information Technology, accounting or equivalent in related field.
- At least 1 years’ experience in Export and Import, forwarding and shipping line field (preferable).
- Good command of written and spoken & written English Active (Advance).
- Having integrity, detail orientated, good communication, fast learner and service mindset.
- Computer literate: Ms. Office (word, excel, etc.).
- Familiar with export and import process
- Familiar with SAP system
- Familiar with export and import document
- Ready to be moved to Central Java
Other Information
Additional Information:
- 6 months to 1 year working in Serang, Banten.
- Since we're still preparing the plant in Central Java, candidates will join to work in Serang in the first 6 months to 1 year
